Technical Specifications:
1. Made from new TPU high-performance material, with an overall wall thickness of not less than 4mm;
2. Impact-resistant, rebounds after vehicle pressure;
3. Red body, maintains color for over 2 years without fading;
4. The flexible reflective film meets GB/T 18833 Type IV or higher standards;
5. Operating temperature range: -25~60° C.
Installation and Usage:
1. Drill holes on the floor, clean the hole position, and install the fixing parts;
2. Use dedicated adhesive for pouring and embedding pre-installed parts;
3. After the adhesive solidifies, rotate the column body to screw in the built-in screws into the fixing piece.
Product Performance:
1. Made from high-quality TPU material with one-piece molding, suitable for cold and hot environments; screws are embedded during production, the ground floor is pre-buried with a fixed insert, then the column is rotated and screwed in, enabling quick installation or removal.
2. The column body uses large-area 3M reflective film with excellent reflectivity, clearly outlining road contours and enhancing safety.
