The material of the baluster is the same as floats, high molecular weight HDPE with other additions such as anti-static additive, antioxidant, anti-UV additive, etc. Length of baluster: 90/120cm, the railing could use PP-R pipe or rope.
The specialized railing for buoyancy platforms is made of high-density polyethylene, a material derived from the same source as the buoys. The entire structure is pure white, with built-in anti-static, antioxidant, and UV-resistant additives. It is water- and corrosion-resistant. It is suitable for use in water environments ranging from -60°C to 80°C. The columns come in two standard heights of 90 cm and 120 cm, and can be assembled into protective barriers using PP-R pipes. By pairing it with similar short pins, long bolts, and other connectors, it can be quickly secured to the edges of various buoy platforms. This setup is easy to install and provides robust protection for water piers and recreational floating platforms, suitable for scenarios such as boat docking and water parks.
